Online sessions are conducted through Doxy.me, and can be as personal and creative as in-office sessions. There is nothing to download - just click on the link from your phone, tablet, or laptop and we are able to have a face-to-face online session.

I have over 25 years of clinical and counseling experience in private practice, education, non-profit, and corporate environments. My therapeutic approach is wholistic and systemic, and my techniques are diverse and are used in accordance with your needs and preferences.

My fees range from $115-$145 per individual session. Individuals and groups interested in participating in a workshop series or my organizational seminars may contact me directly for fee information.
I am a provider with some Optum/United Behavioral Health insurance plans for outpatient services and EAP services.
